21” AppleiMac 2012 A1418 client upgraded to Catalina & MS Office 2021 stopped working as not compatible. However upgrade to newer version of Microsoft Office requires requires Mac OS 13 which is not supposed to work on this model.. However we have a new wizard at Appel who was able to patch the iMac and instal new Mac OS 13. MS will now work and, added bonus, so will all google apps.
