My iMac recently developed a fault. The first “port in a storm” was to contact Appel who diagnosed a hard drive malfunction, and recommended a replacement. An updated spec drive was subsequently installed, and the system now functions perfectly. Keith Cox gave a speedy, cost effective and efficient service. Without hesitation, I would recommend his business to other Mac users.
