24″ iMac to be upgraded to Mac OSX 10.9. Had to upgrade RAM to 8GB, upgrade to 10.6.8 then upgrade software so that all data could be updated ready to transfer to 10.9. Successfully installed 10.9 & migrated all data.

I had some major problems with the logic board of my MacBook Pro. Apple wanted more than the cost of a new one to fix the problem. Contacted Keith who sorted it all out, replaced the logic board, saved my data and was a great help and all at a more realistic price than Apple quoted. I had my iMac 27″ repaired at Appel and it was very professional but also very friendly and straight forward . Keith’s service was outstanding; not only did he rescue all my valuable photos and documents from my iMac’s hard drive which had virtually seized up, he also did it whilst I waited and I was able to take away the files in a mounted caddy drive. iMac 20″ & MacBook Pro 15″ both running sluggishly. Removed and binned all associated files for McAfee & Mac Keeper. Apple recommend NOT to use any virus protection that constantly monitors a Mac and Mac Keeper & associated files are a definite NO NO. Just make sure you keep your OS up to date with Apple’s security updates and if worried download free ClamXav fro AppStore and run once a month or when in doubt.
