I accidentally cracked the face of my ipad (which is invaluable to me) last evening … I found Appel’s address online this morning, spoke to you and delivered my ipad to you at around 11.30am. at 5pm I had a telephone call saying new glass front has been fitted, ipad checked and all in working order and ready for collection. iPhone 4 refusing to boot past Apple logo then dies. Reset the firmware and installed new battery and all is well again.

The service was great, dropped the iPad off with you for you to assess what was wrong and was told the same day and then all options were advised and as soon as the school decided what they wanted to do the work was carried out quickly and I picked the iPad up a couple of days later. MAcBook Pro 13″ has wireless dropping off frequently. Checked all internal components and HD failing. Replaced HD, installed virgin OS X and all works fine. Migrated client data and back to square one. Investigation ongoing.
