Safari running slow and unusual windows appearing. You may have malware installed called adware. Remove by downloading the free Adware Medic. It updates every time you use it & if it helps plea make a donation when you use it.

Once again you came up trumps, my eldest boy’s macbook was quoted as needing a new this and that in Bristol as it wasn’t charging. Keith replaced the battery in my 2015 Mac Book Pro and had the whole job completed in less than 24 hours. Difficulty setting up wireless printer was resolved by completing the setup using a fixed USB connection to install all drivers & updates. Then removed cables & finished wireless setup. All good.

Appel’s response to my urgent request to get my machine fixed went beyond expectations. Appel removed the panic. They were able to take the machine on Saturday afternoon and returned it fixed at 10 am Sunday morning, if I hadn’t ‘faffed’ so much trying to fix the issue myself, I would’ve lost a lot less time.
