Downgrade Yosemite back to Mavericks. This is not a simple task and the only way to save your data is if you have a recent back up using Lion, Mountain Lion or Mavericks. Takes around a day!

The service from Keith at Appel was great – very speedy response and efficient. They even managed to squeeze me in, at short notice, before Christmas! No problems since! Install new iMac and manually migrate everything from a non Migration Assistant compatible Mac.
