I had some major problems with the logic board of my MacBook Pro. Apple wanted more than the cost of a new one to fix the problem. Contacted Keith who sorted it all out, replaced the logic board, saved my data and was a great help and all at a more realistic price than Apple quoted. He also changed the screen on my ipod touch which I thought was impossible. Any Apple related problems then Keith should be the first person you contact. MacBook Pro 15″ failed battery & failed hard drive. Replaced battery with new and removed HD to recovery station. Unable to recover any data from this drive – sent to HD laboratory who dismantled in a clean room and rebuilt so data could be saved. There was catastrophic damage to one platter of HD and this data was lost but the other 3 platters were recovered including critical data for client.

If you have a Mac and it needs fixing, or you want a pre-owned refurb, don’t go anywhere else but @appelkc, Keith’s a complete star. Top class service again from Keith. I had my iMac 27″ repaired at Appel and it was very professional but also very friendly and straight forward . 27″ iMac (new super slim model) extended repair time because faulty logic board had 2 faulty RAM sticks as well. All fixed under warranty.
