Appel’s response to my urgent request to get my machine fixed went beyond expectations. Appel removed the panic. They were able to take the machine on Saturday afternoon and returned it fixed at 10 am Sunday morning, if I hadn’t ‘faffed’ so much trying to fix the issue myself, I would’ve lost a lot less time. Next time (hopefully there won’t be one) I won’t hesitate to use Appel. 17” MacBook Pro replace HD & data recovery.
