Supplied iPad Mini refurbished plus new lighting mains cable. Found some braided lightning cables from Robert Dyas which do the job admirably and for less than £10.

My hard drive failed (after 6 years) and there was no chance of retrieving the data. Keith installed a new HD, retrieved data from my Time Machine and I was back to normal within 24 hours.
