I know nothing about Macs and how they work but depend on them these days for all my illustration work. Without the help and support of Appel it would be very difficult. PowerBook G4 screen repair. John, Cannock, Staffordshire

iPhone 5C with food spilt on it has muffled speaker & battery needs replacing. All stripped down and chemically cleaned. New battery fitted. Sound working & battery back to normal.

iPhone 4 refusing to boot past Apple logo then dies. Reset the firmware and installed new battery and all is well again.

20″ iMac not booting. HD has failed and requires extra RAM to run latest software. Client opted to buy used MacBook Unibody. Disk recovery failed in house so sent to HD laboratory for strip & rebel of drive tot recover data. Client’s back up disk was also faulty. Repaired HD & recovered all data to new drive in MacBook.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else and nobody is allowed to touch my Macs except you. PowerMac G5 overhaul. Mark, Printer, Telford, Shropshire

Can’t believe such service still existed, Mac Mini down and out on Monday 24th at 12 mid-day, contacted Appel, through a friend, now 12.30, half hour drive to Telford. Computer diagnosed on arrival, faulty board found, removed and replaced with new board, in stock. Full test and tidy up time now 1.30. Now that’s what I call service.
