My iMac died.  I rushed it over to Keith at Appel who diagnosed a dead power supply.  He ordered one for delivery the next day and so I had the machine back within less than 24 hours. I was very impressed.  Then disaster struck – it died again the same day. Back to Keith the following morning.  He spent at least two hours dismantling the machine to sort the problem – and didn’t charge! Fantastic service.
