Just a quick note to say thanks for repairing the iMac 24 which went “Bang” and resulted in a blown power transformer. This was diagnosed, repaired and internally cleaned in 3 days. 13″ MacBook Pro repair – please speed up my MacBook Pro. Installed new RAM to 8GB, replaced HD with SSD, updated OS to Yosemite and cleared all junk & 3rd party utilities before migrating client data across. Running like an express train said the client.

Difficulty setting up wireless printer was resolved by completing the setup using a fixed USB connection to install all drivers & updates. Then removed cables & finished wireless setup. All good.

Acer Aspire PC, yes we can get PCs reliably repaired too, broken cables internally from a previous bodge job. New cable fitted and internals cleaned up including solder work.

Being an international picture agency where our photographers batter around apple macs more than the average user, when things go wrong they always happen at the wrong time which usually results in us needing an instant repair doing – sometimes a matter of hours before we jet off to our next destination. We cannot recommend Keith Cox and Appel highly enough, not only does he drop everything he is doing, repairs are done in an instant and failing that, concise, excellent solutions are found. 20” iMac brought in with failed HD. Recovered part of the data but the majority is lost with NO backup. Installed new HD with OS & transferred little recovered data. Advised client the FileVault client is not accessible and only way to get data is send to laboratory for compete dismantling in a clean room. Cost around £500 and no guarantees. Ouch – have you backed up today?

I recently asked Appel to add some extra memory to my MacBook Pro. It was done the same day and while I waited. Brilliant! MacBook Pro 13 RAM installed. Hugh, Telford, Shropshire
