We’ve had MacBook Pros for over 20 years and so have experience of Mac Repair Centres.  Our MacBook Pro was liquid damaged  & taken to the retailer we originally purchased from. They quoted an extremely high price for the repair.  A friend recommended Appel having used them for a long time.  It was very good advice.  Not only did their engineer accurately diagnose the problem but their quotation for the repair was very fair and reasonable and far less than the original supplier. The MacBook Pro was repaired to our entire satisfaction and has been working without a problem ever since. We were so impressed with the service that we are planning to book a free health check with Appel.

I came to the store for a battery replacement. The team was able to help me on such short notice which I am so thankful for. Post repair, I got a detailed breakdown on the current state of my mac and they revealed how another store had butchered and glued my battery.
