My husband and I have used Appel for a number of years and they have always provided an excellent service.

Recently, my 27″ iMac appeared fatigued and the diagnosis was that a new hard drive was necessary. Knowing that being without my Mac causes me huge disruption, Keith and Sulaiman were able to replace my hard drive and re-load all data back onto my Mac in just over 24 hours turnaround.

Appel always goes the extra mile to offer exceptional service from a highly knowledgeable team – would 100% recommend.

iMac 27” problem following a power cut at home. Clear communication from Sulaiman from start to finish. Unfortunately the repair would have been uneconomical but he provided me with an identical machine (better than the original) with all of my information saved onto it for a very reasonable price. I discovered in January that the latest released versions of Adobe Lightroom would no longer run on my 2015 iMac, a real obstacle to processing files from the newest generation of cameras.Faced with the question of whether to upgrade to a new Mac mini or attempt to upgrade to an unsupported version myself I discussed the problem with Keith and agreed that Appel could do the upgrade for me.
A time and date was agreed and Jack completed the job well within the day (it would have taken me much longer) so was well worthwhile.
iMac now is working just fine with the latest Adobe software and I have plenty breathing space to consider a new computer.
