I tend to use an Apple Store when something goes wrong but I’ve moved house and the nearest store was awkward to get to. So with some trepidation I looked for somewhere local and then headed out to Appel. Glad I did. Friendly and good at explaining what they’re going to do and what costs might look like. Thankfully it was a weird software issue so the cost was low and they had it ready for me very quickly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need to.

Did my absolute best effort at drowning a laptop and these guys managed to fix it up without losing any of the stuff that was on it and I reckon it actually works a bit quicker now. Definitely recommend them if you too ever suffer from a complete lack of common sense and think putting a laptop on the edge of the bath is a good idea.
