I needed an urgent repair for a crashed hard drive on my church office computer. Keith replaced the hard drive, recovered all the data from the old drive and I had a perfectly working machine back, with intact files, in less than 24 hours. All this at a superb price. Another place I tried wanted the machine for two weeks, could not recover the data and wanted 3 times the price. I’ll use Keith every time now. 27″ iMac data recovery and transfer to new HD fittedGarry, Claverley, Shropshire
The service was great, dropped the iPad off with you for you to assess what was wrong and was told the same day and then all options were advised and as soon as the school decided what they wanted to do the work was carried out quickly and I picked the iPad up a couple of days later. “This guy really can carry out repairs / replacements of components on computer circuit boards. I can’t recommend the service Keith provides highly enough. I took my dead MacBook Pro in to the offices on Friday Lunchtime, it was repaired and I picked it up less than 24hrs later. FANTASTIC. The cost was 1/3 of what I had been quoted by anybody else, which made the repair very affordable. Keith, also, provided a software solution to help prevent the same thing happening again. Once again you came up trumps, my eldest boy’s macbook was quoted as needing a new this and that in Bristol as it wasn’t charging. You spotted that the charger itself was at fault, supplied a new one and a security update installed to boot. Thanks again for saving me a small fortune. MacBook mis-diagnosed as logic board when pins on ac adaptor were faulty.Paul, Wolverhampton, West Midlands
