Being an international picture agency where our photographers batter around apple macs more than the average user, when things go wrong they always happen at the wrong time which usually results in us needing an instant repair doing – sometimes a matter of hours before we jet off to our next destination. Can’t believe such service still existed, Mac Mini down and out on Monday 24th at 12 mid-day, contacted Appel, through a friend, now 12.30, half hour drive to Telford. Computer diagnosed on arrival, faulty board found, removed and replaced with new board, in stock. Full test and tidy up time now 1.30. Now that’s what I call service.
