I had an issue with my iMac. I called Appel, and they advised that I could bring it in immediately. Both Keith and Sulaiman fixed the problem and took the time to check that my settings weren’t inadvertently causing conflicts (some were). In the past, Appel has installed a 2TB external hard drive for me and  I feel that they always offer a friendly and top-notch service. I wouldn’t take my Apple products anywhere else—thanks, guys!

I contacted Appel regarding my 2010 iMac not be able to load up, this had thousands of precious moments of my family and friends photos videos etc.As I am not computer savvy they managed to rescue 99% of everything I had on my iMac.I honestly thought they had no chance of doing this They sat with me and explained everything very clearly and then set about sorting me another iMac out at a extremely reasonable price, its immaculate and working spot on,I can not thank you enough for your help and if anybody out there needs help I would thoroughly recommend them 10/10

We got very clear advice – ‘this is the problem – this is what it will cost to fix – if it was me, I would do this because…’ which was perfectly understandable and made sense. Work has always been done to time, equipment is returned with good explanations of what’s happened and how to manage and optimise things now.
